As physiotherapist’s and cycling fan’s, the team at Aqua-Physio have been following Team GB Cyclist Victoria Williamson’s recovery on her twitter feed and blog. She has been using aquatic therapy to aid her recovery from the multiple pelvic and spinal fractures she sustained in an accident whilst competing in Rotterdam on the 9th of January 2016. The positive attitude she portrays on her blog since her crash is something we try to inspire in all of our patients during their recovery.
