I’m passionate about fitness, exercise, and helping individuals return to the activities and goals they love. With an MSc in Physiotherapy and a BSc in Sports Psychology, I have used my skills through online tutoring to support athletes and individuals through goal-setting and sport related settings. Over the past year, I’ve worked as a therapist at a football club, gaining hands-on experience and qualifications in trauma medical care, Level 4 sports massage, strapping and taping, and injury rehabilitation for players aged 9–18.
My university background spans diverse settings, including neuro rehabilitation wards, women’s football rehabilitation, deconditioning and functional recovery, and MSK outpatient care in both private practice and the NHS. More recently, I’ve specialised in rehabilitation for individuals with joint conditions, combining evidence-based techniques with a personalised approach.
Outside of physiotherapy, I’ve spent the past two years as a child and adult swim instructor alongside some freelance exercise instructing, reinforcing my commitment to movement and wellbeing at every stage of life.
