I am a physiotherapist that graduated with BSc from Bournemouth university and BSc in health science and physiology from Atlantic technological university in Ireland, combined with hands-on experience across both the NHS and private practice. I have worked with a broad range of patients, including those with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions and individuals undergoing cardiac rehabilitation. After graduating I also completed an internship in Tanzania, Working in a different healthcare setting challenged me to be adaptable, creative, and deeply patient centred.
My approach to physiotherapy is active, supportive, and evidence-based. I take time to understand each person’s lifestyle, challenges, and goals, whether that’s returning to sport, managing a long-term condition, building confidence after injury, or simply moving day-to-day without pain.
I believe physiotherapy is not just about treating symptoms, but about empowering people to understand their bodies, trust movement again, and achieve meaningful, lasting results. I am passionate about helping people feel stronger, more capable, and confident in their ability to live an active, fulfilling life.
Outside of work I love to spend time going on long walks, playing football or tennis. I like finding new ways to challenge myself by trying new activities. I also spending time exploring London and taking weekend trips where I get the chance.
